José Manuel García-Margallo Y Marfil (born on 13 August 1944 in Madrid) is a Spanish politician and member of the European Parliament with the People's Party. He is vice-chair of the European Parliament's Committee on Economic and Monetary Affairs.

Scott Garrett

Chairman, Subcommittee on Capital Markets and Government-Sponsored Enterprises

Scott Garrett is the United States House Representative for New Jersey's 5th congressional district. He is an advocate of tax relief and pro-growth economic policies. He currently serves as the chairman of the Subcommittee on Capital Markets, where he will be in charge of a subcommittee that has jurisdiction over the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Timothy Franz Geithner is the 75th and current United States Secretary of the Treasury, serving under President Barack Obama. He was previously the president of the Federal Reserve Bank of New York.


Gary Gensler
Chairman, CFTC

Gary Gensler is the chairman of the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission under President Barack Obama. Gensler was Undersecretary of the Treasury (1999-2001) and Assistant Secretary of the Treasury (1997-1999) in the United States. Barack Obama selected him to lead the Commodity Futures Trading Commission, which has jurisdiction over $5 trillion in trades.

Mr. Gooch founded the business of GFI Group Inc. in 1987 and has been GFI’s Chairman and Chief Executive Officer since its inception in 1987. Prior to this, Mr. Gooch worked for Citibank, Refco Group, Bierbaum Martin, Harlow Meyer Savage and Tullet & Tokyo Forex. Mr. Gooch is the President and majority shareholder of Jersey Partners, the largest shareholder of GFI.

Sylvie Goulard was born in Marseille on 6 December 1964. She was elected as a Member of the European Parliament for the West region of France in the 2009 European elections. As a MEP she is a member of the Committee on Economic and Monetary Affairs, Special Committee on the Financial, Economic and Social Crisis, as well as a substitute member of the Committee for Agriculture and Rural Development. Goulard is also a foreign affairs advisor, and president of the Mouvement Européen France.

Kevin Gould

President, North America, Global Head of Fixed Income and Sctructured Products, Markit

Kevin Gould is a co-founder of Markit and brings extensive experience of debt market instruments and team management. Prior to founding Markit, he was Head of European Fixed Income at TD Securities with responsibility for all primary and secondary instruments. Kevin was previously Head of Fixed Income Trading and Sales in London for CIBC Capital Markets, where he spent nine years. He holds a BSc in Mechanical Engineering from Bristol University.

Michael Greenberger is the Founder and Director of the Center for Health and Homeland Security (CHHS) at the University of Maryland and a professor at the School of Law. CHHS works on a broad range of homeland security and emergency response issues for federal, state and local governmental agencies, as well as medical researchers.

Judd Alan Gregg is a former Governor of New Hampshire and current United States Senator serving as ranking member of the Senate Budget Committee. He is a member of the Republican Party and was a businessman and attorney in Nashua before entering politics. He currently serves as the Chair of the Public Advisory Board at the New Hampshire Institute of Politics at Saint Anselm College.


Martin  J. Gruenberg
Chairman, Federal Deposit Insurance Corp.

Martin J. Gruenberg is the Acting Chairman of the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation Board of Directors. Martin J. Gruenberg was sworn in as Vice Chairman of the FDIC Board of Directors on August 22, 2005. On November 2, 2007, Mr. Gruenberg was named Chairman of the Executive Council and President of the International Association of Deposit Insurers (IADI). Mr. Gruenberg joined the FDIC Board after broad congressional experience in the financial services and regulatory areas. He served as Senior Counsel to Senator Paul S. Sarbanes (D-MD) on the staff of the Senate Committee on Banking, Housing, and Urban Affairs from 1993 to 2005. Mr. Gruenberg advised the Senator on issues of domestic and international financial regulation, monetary policy and trade.
