Sen. Crapo Looks to Limit CFTC Rules

Mike Crapo (R-Ind.) on Wednesday offered an amendment to a Senate spending bill that would prohibit the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) from issuing any new rules under last year's Wall Street reform law until the agency makes major changes to its rule-making process.
