Fed's Hoenig Urges Regulations Beyond Dodd-Frank

U.S. financial regulators must go beyond the Dodd-Frank Act if they want to create a stable financial sector, said Thomas Hoenig, the retiring president of the Kansas City Fed on Monday. In a speech in Washington, Hoenig listed a series of steps to tighten oversight of banks.
