Financial Industry Official Predicts Dodd-Frank Rollback

The head of a financial industry group Wednesday said he thinks the Dodd-Frank financial overhaul is here to stay, but he's optimistic that Congress will soon roll back controversial parts of the law, including a hotly contested provision that curbs the fees banks charge for debit-card transactions.
