'ET' Stokes Fears About Sweeping Swaps Rules

A new buzzword is flying around the derivatives industry: "ET". Short for "extraterritoriality", the legal term under which people or companies are exempt from local laws, the ET theme is becoming a hot topic in the global derivatives marktes as swaps become subject to regulation following the financial crisis.
