Bachus jabs back over Dodd-Frank fixes

House Financial Services Committee Chairman Spencer Bachus (R-Ala.) swung back Wednesday at Democratic counterpart Rep. Barney Frank (D-Mass.), accusing him of being inconsistent on whether technical fixes to the financial reform law are needed.
