Jamie Cawley, CEO of Javelin Capital Markets and co-founder of the Swaps and Derivatives Markets Association, questioned planned over-the-counter clearinghouses LCH.Clearnet and ICE Clear for their current restrictive clearing models that fail to allow "unfettered access." In an exclusive interview with DW, he called for regulators to enforce real-time reporting and increased informational access for swap execution facilities.
