Anthony Belchambers
Chief Executive, Futures and Options Association (FOA)
Anthony Belchambers is CEO of the London-based Futures and Options Association, the main trade organization for the derivatives industry in Europe. Prior to joining the JEC, he held the position of company secretary and general counsel to the UK-based Association of Futures Brokers and Dealers (AFBD), where he worked to secure the licensing of the first UK regulatory authority to cover derivatives and drafting the UK regulations for derivatives.
Sam Cole
North American Chair, Derivative User Committee, International Swaps & Derivatives Association (ISDA)
Samuel Cole is the chief operating officer and co-head of trade execution at BlueMountain Capital Management LLC. In this capacity, Cole has responsibility for trading, operations and funding, as well as counterparty risk and capital management. Prior to joining BlueMountain, Cole was an associate principal in the financial services sector at McKinsey & Co. in New York, where he worked with Siderow. At McKinsey, Cole served CEOs and senior managers on a variety of strategic, organizational and operational issues.
John M. Damgard
President, Futures Industry Association (FIA)
John M. Damgard is President of the Futures Industry Association (FIA) and the Futures Industry Institute (FII). FIA is the non-profit trade association that represents the commodity futures and options industry. Prior to joining the FIA in 1982, Damgard directed the Washington office of ACLI International, a leading commodity merchant firm active in cash and futures markets worldwide.
Ian Danic

Ian Danic was elected to the Board of the International Securities Association for Institutional Trade Communication (ISITC) in early 2008. Danic is also a managing director at Electra Information Systems, a provider of reconciliation, trade automation and settlements solutions.
Richard Metcalfe
Global Head of Policy, International Swaps & Derivatives Association (ISDA)
Richard Metcalfe is the Senior Director of Global Policy and the Co-Head of European Office at the International Swaps & Derivatives Association (ISDA). Metcalfe is responsible for formulating and promoting global policy on issues of relevance to major wholesale banks.
Tim Ryan
President and CEO, Managing Director, Securities Industry and Financial Markets Authority (SIFMA)
Timothy Ryan is the Chief Executive Officer of the Securities Industry and Financial Markets Authority. Ryan was Vice Chairman of Investment Banking for Financial Institutions and Governments at JPMorgan and a member of the Investment Banking Coverage Management Committee. Prior to joining JPMorgan in 1993, Ryan was the Director of the Office of Thrift Supervision (OTS), U.S. Department of the Treasury.
Eraj Shirvani

Eraj Shirvani is the Chairman of the International Swaps and Derivatives Association. Prior, Shirvani served as a Managing Director and Head of European Credit and European and Asia Pacific Credit Sales and Trading at Credit Suisse.
Cory Strupp
Managing Director, Securities Industry and Financial Markets Authority (SIFMA)
Cory Strupp joined SIFMA’s legislative affairs team as Managing Director in 2008. He served as the Deputy Director and General Counsel for the Bankers Association for Finance and Trade, an affiliate of the American Bankers Association, from 2004 to 2006.
Conrad P. Voldstad
Chief Executive Officer, International Swaps and Derivatives Association (ISDA)
Conrad P. Voldstad currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer of the International Swaps and Derivatives Association (ISDA). Throughout the past decade, Voldstad served as Director of RAM Holdings Ltd, and was founding Principal of New Jersey-based Arlington Hill Investment Management. Voldstad also held senior positions at JP Morgan and Merrill Lynch, including membership on the Oversight Committee and Co-Head of Global Debt Markets in New York, and was elected to the Hall of Fame of Risk Magazine and Derivatives Strategy Magazine.
