Bill Hodgson is founder and CEO of The OTC Space Limited, a consultancy that specializes in OTC derivatives processing and central clearing. Prior to founding The OTC Space, Hodgson worked at Sapient Capital Markets and held senior level positions at Merrill Lynch, LCH.Clearnet and DTCC.

Robert Stowsky

Robert Stowsky has been a consultant to the investment industry since 1988 advising buy-side and sell-side firms, custodians and software vendors on implementing technology solutions for front, middle and back office operations. He currently advises firms on strategic technology issues ranging from implementing straight-through processing for equity, fixed income and derivative instruments to identifying system requirements for meeting FASB 133 accounting and reporting standards.

David Wainer
Derivatives & Structured Finance Partner, Allen & Overy

David Wainer is a partner in the International Capital Markets department for Allen & Overy. From 2000 to 2003 he was a partner in the Tokyo office. His practice includes a wide range of structured finance and derivatives products, particularly CDOs and other credit derivative-related products. In 1995, Wainer spent six months on secondment as a derivatives lawyer for a major U.S. investment bank. Wainer is a member of the Bar of the State of New York and a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of England and Wales.

Andrew Cross

Cross is Partner at Reed Smith, a member of the Financial Industry Group, a team leader for the Derivatives & Structured Products Group and the Editor-in-Chief of The Swap Report, a blog that discusses regulatory and transactional issues related to derivatives.

Cross routinely conducts specialized training sessions for financial institutions and corporations with respect to the effect of Dodd-Frank derivatives reform on business activities, as well as the documentation of derivatives under a variety of master agreements.
